Who delivers my order?

Quick and reliable dispatch of your orders is a self-evident fact at StarAroma. The dispatch of your order occurs with our shipping partners DHL and DPD. Your shipment is insured by default in case of loss or damage.

Our shipping partners offers the possibility to track your order. With the shipping confirmation you receive from us you get also the tracking number. Please note that this service is not offered for all countries. When you receive your order, please check the condition of the package. In the case of damaged packaging, please refuse the parcel and contact us immediately.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days.
